I spoke on various stages such as TEDx Arnhem, StandUpInspiration in Toomler to the Education Conference in the Ukraine and, at the request of students themselves, during the last Maagdenhuis occupation to an enthusiastic audience. I was a finalist in the Evolutionary Leadership Summit in San Francisco in 2018. More corporate I gave an interactive lecture about innovative thinking at T-mobile and Future Proof Leadership in Italy.
Fake lectures
I also gave a fake lecture twice. I once played a top trainer. It was about how a room full of managers immediately believe top trainers, almost whatever they say. And the 2nd time I gave a super bad lecture to the management team of a large housing corporation, which had a culture where far too few people spoke clearly. After the lecture, I calculated lost time and costs, because no one had protested. This was followed by a short training with hall in daring to pronounce.

I arranged various decoration or art projects at the Open Up festival and other places. For example, we found a pile of old construction waste on the festival site that we couldn't get rid of. I turned it into a Graveyard for Heroes, where participants could bury old and failed dreams. Now the pile had meaning.
I helped organize and structure clean-up with swarm leadership at 2 festivals. Without team leaders, but with clear instructions, cleaning up went much faster. Also, introducing a different structure for adapting role play, I reduced work from 3 days to 10 minutes.
